Poise

(Sorry for the graphicness- thinking how one can have great fear & unrest inside (and fear of the inside for that matter), yet seem so poised on the outside-- real challenge is to be poised on the inside. Anyhow, I'll stop the ramble and wish youzz an early happy Halloween. I'll try and lighten up next post, haha).
(Also, this, for the most part, isn't an illo of me- I'm not as poised on the outside- dunno about the inside).

I've known only a few people in my life who I consider poised, and I think it is a gift to them, and I don't pocess the gift, no.

This painting is haunnting, and a fabulous explanation of what "poise" truly is-cool under pressure.

Wow doodlemam a stunner!

Andy, this is terrific. I really dig the message. It's so true. It's scary letting our vulnerability show. kudos on another smashing piece!

I often feel the outer me doesn't reflect the inner me and vice versa, but that's a self-esteem issue. This is a great interpretation of the theme and 'putting on a face.'

I love the "youzz" reference! I'll be moving back to Row Dyland in a coupla munts!!

Big life change, life challenge ;)

Oh, awesome illo Mr. Doodler!!
