•Slice your tomato
•Get your lettuce ready
•Get your spinach ready
•Cut French Bread or Baguette, or the like- lengthwise down the middle, and scoop out the bread leaving mainly a crust hull.
•Smear top inside with Vegenaise- or Mayonnaise
•Cut thin slices of Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or your favorite cheese or cheese substitute) and place them inside bottom half of roll.
•Slice thin slices of onion and saute in olive oil
•Place these onions, while still very hot, on top of the cheese on bottom half of bread- their heat will melt the cheese.
•Place slices of Tofurky in the pan still coated with olive oil. Lightly brown on both sides- and place them hot on top of the onions- which will further melt the cheese.
•Add sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and spinach

Nutin' fancy-- the Tofurky ain't the greatest tasting whatever- I include it for protein (can't taste it with all the other stuff anyhow)
but anyway...

This looks-good. I want it now, but first I'll have to buy a few of those ingredients, I want to try the tofuturkey. Anyway-lovely looking recipe, and bon apetit to me.

Yes- bon apetit to you! I forgot to put the flavor of tofurky- it's "Philly Style Steak"
